The step from the project work breakdown structure to a schedule is as easy as it is ingenious: simply switch from map to Gantt view. All activities, work packages and deliverables are clearly arranged on the left and can be planned now in a bar graph on the right.

Processing of dates
You can specify the length of each date bar. The period of time that you specify for a task does not depend on the length of time to be spent for completing the task. MindPlan will show you in detail the date shifts that could result from time dependences with every subsequent shift before that shift becomes valid. Simply drag the cursor for a task or a date of the respective days in the gantt chart. By this action you have already determined the date of completion and will relate this to the end and start dates of other tasks, see the figure on top.
Progress indicators
